Training in El Salvador, Dr Ricardo Peralta has been a practising psychiatrist in Australia since 2007. Dr. Ruwan Haputhantrige is a consultant psychiatrist with a special interest in Alcohol use disorder, Adult Attention Deficit Disorder, Anxiety Disorder and treatment resistant Depressive Disorder.

After graduating MBBS from the University of Colombo, Sri Lanka, in 2000 and undertaking further professional training, he was admitted to the degree of Doctor of Medicine (Psychiatry) in 2004. He is a fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists and a member of The American Psychiatric Association.

    Tracey, is a psychologist who’s an expert juggler of work, family, fitness, friends, good nutrition and laundry! Ultimately all of her work is about assisting people who juggle a busy life in this fast-paced modern world.     When people come to see Tracey they’re usually struggling with the biggest bully they know – their own mind. Through working with Tracey, clients learn how to stop their own mind bullying them, so they can do what matters the most to them.

    Clients appreciate her ability to listen without judgement, her kind hearted common sense and ability to stay calm and keep perspective during a crisis.     Dr. Fran Murdoch completed psychiatry speciality training in both Scotland and New Zealand. On becoming a consultant psychiatrist over 10 years ago, she worked initially in Auckland but relocated to Melbourne three years ago, and has since been working on the Mornington Peninsula.  Dr. Murdoch has worked mainly in general adult psychiatry, in both in-patient and out-patient settings.

     She has been involved with the supervision of juniors and teaching throughout her career.  Attending both local and international conferences to stay up-to-date with advances in evidence based practice. One of her passions is in social and rehabilitation psychiatry.

    Dr. Murdoch provides optimal patient centred care which is seamless and recovery focused. She is conscientious, patient, caring and empathic.

    FRANKIE

    Frankie is a trained and accredited patient therapy dog who accompanies Jennifer on her clinic days.  He can be included in sessions at no extra cost, or remain in the reception area.  He is a 3 yr old standard Labradoodle.  He also works with Jennifer at Frankston Hospital as a Peninsula Health Pet Therapy Dog, visiting patients and staff at the hospital.  He is well loved.

    Jess is highly motivated to assist clients in reaching their full potential from the initial lines of communication right through to ongoing treatment options and scheduling of appointments. Her warm, engaging and supportive approach will ensure you feel immediately comfortable in Vita’s care. 

    She has extensive knowledge surrounding mental health difficulties and prides herself on providing a pleasant customer service experience for all clients. Jess is dedicated to providing Vita Healthcare with exceptional administrative support.

    Chelsea

    Tiana

Additionally Tiana has a special interest in assiting to provide support for children’s needs.
